What goes inside?
Share the actual item, filled dimensions and weight. Tell us whether it is sealed in another pack or would touch the tube.
A round format. A production line behind it.
YDP produces custom paper tube packaging on our own production line. Build a cylindrical presentation around your product, from the internal fit and opening feel to the printed wrap and protective packing.
Quotation follows a specification review. Sample scope and fees are agreed separately.
Tea, coffee and bottles are examples, not a limit on what we can review. The right answer depends on your product and what the pack must do.
Share the actual item, filled dimensions and weight. Tell us whether it is sealed in another pack or would touch the tube.
We need usable internal diameter and height, lid clearance, removal access and any base or insert support.
Separate retail presentation from direct-contact, barrier or shipping requirements. Those need their own material and performance review.
Not sure of the specification? A product photo or drawing, approximate measurements and intended use are enough to start a fit review.
Check my product with YDP ↗︎A starting brief for your quotation
Your written quotation defines the scope and exclusions for the actual project. Check delivery responsibilities ↗︎
Choose the presentation that suits your product. We can develop the structure, insert and finish around the details you share.
Explore a branded outer tube for sealed tea pouches or individually packed tea.
What we will check
Tell us how the tea is sealed. Direct-contact materials and documentation require separate confirmation.
Use a cylindrical outer pack to present a sealed coffee bag or a gift collection.
What we will check
Share the filled bag dimensions and packing method. Freshness and degassing requirements belong in the complete packaging brief.
Develop the tube around the actual bottle, closure and filled weight.
What we will check
Review base support, removal clearance and any insert. Confirm protective shipping packaging separately.
We produce paper tubes on our own line. Share your product and intended use so we can plan the diameter, wall, wrap, lid and base as one construction. A fitted sample helps set the final specification.
View the factory’s paper tube section ↗︎Explore the surface and print effects you want. We will check the combination against your chosen structure and sample.
Agree tube wall construction, wrapping paper, lid and base materials. Review the surface finish on a cylindrical sample; confirm the intended product contact separately.
Compare board and surface directions ↗︎Discuss printed areas, colour references and the intended finish, such as foil or an embossed detail. Mark each finish on the artwork and confirm its compatibility with the selected paper before approval.
Compare finishing effects ↗︎Review internal diameter, usable height, product weight and removal access. Confirm base support and any insert with the actual product; assess transit packing separately.
Compare insert directions ↗︎Standalone insert orders need a scope review. A fitted display sample does not by itself establish transport performance.
Use the insert preparation guide ↗︎Start with diameter, wall, lid and base fit with the product. Then see the relevant work, manufacturing route and order steps.
No approved public project record is available for this packaging direction yet. Ask what comparable sample or project information can be shared for your brief.
Ask for relevant evidence ↗︎YDP produces paper tubes on its own line. See the manufacturing route and the checks to agree for your specified tube.
Review Factory & Quality ↗︎Review the proposed sample and approval steps, who confirms changes, and how packing and delivery responsibilities are agreed.
See the order steps ↗︎Check who you would work with ↗︎Build these checkpoints into your project agreement. Inspection scope, timing, fees and remedies are confirmed for each order.
Factory responsibilities & quality checkpoints ↗︎
Agree the sample version, materials, artwork, finish and product-fit checks. Record which differences remain between a development sample and production.
Versioned sample scope, approval record and production specification.
Discuss this for my order ↗︎Work back from the required receiving date. Confirm approval dependencies, dispatch assumptions, freight scope and destination responsibilities before committing.
Approval milestones, dispatch plan, shipping exclusions and receiving requirements.
Discuss this for my order ↗︎Keep the order reference, affected quantities, carton labels and photographs. Agree containment, investigation and the proposed disposition against the order specification.
Issue record, supporting evidence, agreed corrective action and reinspection where applicable.
Discuss this for my order ↗︎Share a photo or drawing, dimensions with units, quantities per design and the destination. Leave unknown details open.
Request a quote ↗︎Provide the actual product dimensions with units, including caps and any inner bag. Confirm internal clearance and lid overlap on a structural sample.
Share an opening reference and artwork. Agree the available lid and base construction, print orientation and finish before sampling.
State product weight, quantity per design, destination and arrival target. Review assembled tube dimensions, outer cartons and loading method.
Yes. YDP has its own paper tube production line. Ask for a walkthrough relevant to your project; the required structure and specification are confirmed during review.
Describe whether the contents are sealed in an inner bag or contact the tube. Direct-contact suitability, barrier needs and supporting documentation must be confirmed for the specific construction.
Share quantity per size and artwork, the intended construction and destination. We confirm feasible quantities, sample timing and production scheduling for your project.
Retail presentation and shipping protection are separate requirements. Review the filled tube, insert and outer transport packaging together.
