YDP uses the information you send through this website to review and respond to packaging enquiries. The website and its private CRM are hosted on a server in the United States; YDP personnel in China may review your enquiry.

What we collect and why

A project brief includes your contact details, product and packaging requirements, optional reference files and any details you choose to provide. We use these to understand the request, follow up, prepare samples or a quotation after review, and keep the project history. The form also records the page and campaign or external referral that brought you here, including advertising click identifiers when present. Referrer queries and fragments are not stored.

Storage and access

Briefs are saved in the website database and synchronized to YDP’s private CRM. Reference files are stored outside the public web directory. Access is limited to authorized project reviewers. We do not send an automatic customer confirmation email or WhatsApp message. Keep the on-screen reference after submission.

Browser data and analytics

A draft you explicitly save stays in this browser tab without attachment contents. It is unavailable for restoration after 24 hours and clears when this form next loads; you can also delete it in the form. Optional first-party page analytics can be enabled or disabled with the footer control. If enabled, events include page and campaign context. No external advertising tracker is active on this site.

Your choices

You can ask us to review, correct or delete your submitted information by using the project form and including your project reference and the email used for the original enquiry. We retain project records while handling your request and for related business records; a specific deletion request is reviewed against any legal or operational retention need. This notice will be updated if our processing changes.
