Can I send a photograph instead of a dieline?
Yes. Add a reference photo or PDF to your brief. A photo helps explain the direction; dimensions and physical fit still need to be confirmed.
What is the minimum order?
The historical planning starting point for rigid boxes is 1,000 pieces. Each structure, print design and SKU requires its own review; this is not a confirmed quotation.
Can you match an existing box?
Share the current box, specification and what should change. We will review feasibility rather than promise an exact match from a photograph.
What will happen after I submit?
A person will respond within 24 hours to clarify scope and missing details. We then discuss quotation or a sample plan; neither production nor paid sampling starts automatically.
Can you guarantee delivery for my launch?
Share the required arrival date and destination. Sampling, approval, production, shipping and a buffer must be evaluated separately before committing.
